The following is a structural plan of a typical floor in a reinforced concrete building structure. All elements shown in the plan are made of uniform concrete with a strength of 30 MPa which contains limestone aggregate. We ask you to evaluate the quality of the structural design scheme, and to grade it with a score from 0 to 100. Please focus on engineering considerations only - you may ignore any issues of presentation.
